Information and Care

You can wash your ponytails with synthetic hair shampoo and conditioner using cold water and let them air dry. To minimize tangles, keep the hair extensions on a hanger. Brushing and detangling should be done with a soft-bristle brush. Our synthetic fibers are heat-resistant up to 180°C.

All our synthetic hair extensions come pre-styled, meaning they already have a memorized shape to make application quick and easy.

You can use straighteners up to 180°C to adjust the strands, but we do not recommend using these tools to create a new style as the heat can damage the extensions. We recommend a maximum temperature of 110°C.

We offer a wide variety of ponytail styles in our catalog, including straight, wavy, and others, so you can acquire the exact style you want without the need for restyling.

Before and After Using the Extensions

We recommend brushing your extensions before and after application to minimize possible tangles. Use a brush with soft bristles and carefully detangle without pulling or damaging the hair.

Storage

To minimize tangling, keep the hair extensions on a hanger.

Washing Our synthetic hair extensions are easy to care for as the synthetic fibers allow the hair to maintain its shape without styling. However, it's important to note that washing synthetic hair can deteriorate its quality over time. Therefore, we advise washing them only when necessary.

Shampoo and Conditioner

Shampoos and conditioners made for natural hair are not suitable for synthetic hair as they contain parabens and sulfates that can damage the hair. We recommend using a specific shampoo and conditioner for synthetic hair.

Wash Preparation

Before each wash, detangle the hair using a brush with soft bristles.

Washing

Fill a sink with cold water and add a small amount of shampoo. Using hot water can damage the hair strands. Submerge the hair extensions in the water and let them soak for 5-10 minutes. Remove the extensions from the water and rinse with cold water. Repeat the process with conditioner.

Drying

Remove excess water. Never twist the extensions as it will damage the strands. Place the hair on a towel and let it air dry. Do not use hair dryers as they can damage the synthetic fibers.

Temperatures

Our synthetic fibers can withstand high heat temperatures up to 180 degrees Celsius. They can be straightened and curled; however, when it comes to curling, it will take a bit more time to achieve curls.

Unlike human hair, it's necessary to:

  • Hold the curling iron on the hair for at least double the time required for the curl to set.
  • Once the curling iron is removed, do not pull the hair, just let it slide off the curling iron.
  • Allow the curl to cool before pulling or combing it.
  • Make sure to test a small strand of hair to ensure the curling iron is not too hot.
  • It is safe to use up to 180 degrees Celsius, but for a longer lifespan, we recommend using a temperature of up to 110 degrees Celsius.

Other information

Our synthetic hair fibers do not cause any itching or scalp irritation as we do not use chemicals that can irritate the scalp.

Unfortunately, our synthetic hair cannot be dyed.

Application

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced hairdresser, our ponytails are super easy to use. You can watch our video tutorials or follow the steps below:

Ponytail

Tie your hair into a ponytail using a hair elastic and hold your amazing extension. Place the extension's hook over your ponytail, and once it's secure, use the Velcro band to wrap around the ponytail, using small hooks to keep the band in place. PS: You can always put your hair in a mini bun or braid before applying the ponytail.

Ponybraid

Tie your hair into a ponytail. Attach your ponybraid to your ponytail using the ponybraid elastic. Divide your ponytail into 3 sections, always grabbing strands from your ponybraid. Once it's divided, you can start braiding! Secure the ends of the braid and finally wrap the velcro hair around the elastic area to cover the elastic.
