Cancellations and Refunds
Customers can cancel an order while it is being processed by contacting YASS GURL at geral@yassgurl.com. If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, the customer must return the unopened product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and the refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item by YASS GURL. Please note that YASS GURL is not responsible for any delays in processing order cancellations due to external factors.
YASS GURL reserves the right to refuse processing orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud, customer misconduct, or technical issues beyond YASS GURL's control.
Return Policy
NEED TO MAKE A RETURN? NO PROBLEM.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is sealed in its original packaging. We do not accept exchanges, as you can get your new product faster by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products as they lose their return guarantee. Our products always arrive in transparent packaging, allowing you to confirm the color before opening it.
In case of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using registered mail and keeping the shipping receipt as proof, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced items without proof of shipment. To initiate a return, please email geral@yassgurl.pt with the following information:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return

Once we receive your return, we will contact you, and the refund will be processed within 14 days.
Damaged Items
If you receive damaged items or items that do not match your online order, we will review the condition of your order and may send a replacement or issue a refund. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your purchase to submit a claim through our website.
Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. YASS GURL will register and review the complaint and notify the interested party within 14 days of receipt. In case of a dispute, consumers residing in Portugal and the European Union have the right to file a complaint with an official third-party entity. YASS GURL provides all the necessary information for customers to exercise their right to complain.
